This project details the successful completion of an 80,000 square foot multi-family apartment complex in Zone 2, located in Elkhart, Indiana. The scope of work involved the installation of pre-fabricated wall panels, a significant undertaking that required the delivery and coordination of over 20 truckloads of materials. A key element of our process was the application of Zip R sheathing, which was integral to the building's envelope and energy efficiency. Through efficient planning and execution, our team successfully managed the project to keep all design work on schedule, a critical factor in meeting the overall construction timeline.
