For the Springhill Suites project in Marshall, Michigan, CAC Wall Panels provided a comprehensive structural component package for this 4-story commercial hotel. Our team successfully managed the production and delivery of a full-scale building envelope solution, ensuring the 62,000-square-foot structure remained on track during a critical winter construction window. To maximize site efficiency, we coordinated a total of 25 truckloads, strategically delivering wall panels, floor trusses, roof trusses, and custom-built stairways. By providing the full structural package, we allowed the onsite crews to maintain a rapid pace of assembly, transforming complex architectural plans into a standing structure with precision and speed.
