Valparaiso, Indiana

The Linc Apartments in Valparaiso, Indiana, is a 158,400-square-foot multi-family housing project delivered with both precision and efficiency. Our team successfully kept the project on schedule and on budget, working closely with the superintendent to accommodate the unique challenges of a tight delivery site. Over the course of construction, we managed 74 truckloads of essential materials—including 36 of wall panels, 18 of floor trusses, 18 of roof trusses, and 2 of stairways. In addition, we engineered the roof trusses with a slope to the drains, eliminating the need for tapered foam and streamlining installation.
