Completed in 2023, the Apartments on Clark in Ypsilanti, Michigan, is a substantial 375,000 square foot multi-family development. Our pivotal role in this project extended beyond the supply of a remarkable 105 truckloads of essential components—including 85 wall panels and 15 roof trusses. We provided crucial technical design engineering support to the general contractor (Lockwood), ensuring seamless integration of all materials and contributing significantly to the project's on-time delivery and overall success.
